Refund and Claim Policy

1. General Provisions

The webshop operates exclusively for business customers, therefore the 14-day right of withdrawal for consumer contracts (Government Decree 45/2014. (II.26.)) is not applicable. The provisions of the Civil Code regarding economic activities shall apply between the Parties.

2. Defective Performance – Mandatory Warranty

In case of defective performance, the Service Provider shall fulfill its mandatory warranty obligations under the Civil Code. Defective performance includes, but is not limited to:

• delivery of a product different from the one ordered,
• product arriving in a damaged state (if the damage occurred before shipment),
• incomplete quantity.

3. Submitting a Claim

Claims can be validly submitted within 8 days of receipt to info@repeatclean.hu, providing the following information:

• Order number
• Name and item number of the defective product
• Detailed description of the defect
• Photo documentation (especially in case of damage)
• Photo proving the integrity of the warranty seal

4. Warranty Seal Condition

We cannot accept quality claims for products with opened warranty seals. The Service Provider is only responsible for the quality of products supplied with an intact, original manufacturer's seal.

5. Returns

Products can only be returned based on prior written agreement and in unopened, original packaging. The cost of return shipping – with the exception of defective performance – shall be borne by the Buyer.

6. Refunds

In case of an accepted claim, refunds will be made by bank transfer within 15 business days of the acknowledged confirmation of the defect.
