Shipping Information

1. Shipping Conditions

Orders are prepared and handed over to the courier service after payment is credited. We do not provide cash on delivery.

2. Delivery Time

For products in stock, packages are handed over to the courier service within 1–3 business days from the credit of payment. The delivery time thereafter is usually 1–2 business days.

In case of out-of-stock or custom orders, the Customer will be separately informed about the expected deadline.

3. Shipping Areas

We ship to:

• the entire territory of Hungary
• selected EU countries — inquire about availability and contact us for a custom quote

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are determined by the order value, weight, and destination proximity. The exact cost will be duly displayed at checkout during the order process.

5. Package Acceptance

The Customer is obliged to examine the package upon receipt. In case of visible damage, acceptance must be refused, and the Service Provider must be immediately notified at info@repeatclean.hu.

Hidden damages discovered after acceptance must also be reported within 24 hours, along with photo documentation.
