Complaint Handling Policy
Effective: September 7, 2026 — This document was created from a template — legal review is recommended.
1. Submitting a Complaint
Customers can submit their complaints using the following contact details:
If the complaint cannot be resolved immediately, please describe it in detail so we can provide a substantive response as soon as possible. We will respond to complaints in writing within 30 days of submission.
2. Complaint Handling Process
- We will acknowledge receipt of the complaint.
- We will investigate the circumstances of the complaint.
- We will send a substantive written response, informing you of our position and, if justified, the measures taken.
- In case of a rejected complaint, we will inform the customer about the following legal remedies.
3. Product Quality Liability – Opened and Unsealed Products
Our company exclusively sells original, unopened products with manufacturer's seals. The integrity of the seal is proof of the product's originality and unchanged quality.
We cannot assume responsibility for the quality of products whose seals have been opened, or which were not purchased directly from us. This is because, unfortunately, dilution or other quality manipulations can occur in the market with products that have left their original manufacturer packaging, or whose authenticity cannot be verified.
In case of a quality complaint, please submit your complaint with photos taken before opening, proof of the integrity of the seal, and the purchase document. Without these, the quality guarantee cannot be enforced.
