Terms and Conditions (T&C)

2. General Provisions

These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: T&C) set forth the terms of the purchase and sale agreement concluded between Repeat Clean Hungary Kft. (hereinafter: Service Provider) and business customers registered in the webshop (hereinafter: Buyer).

The webshop is exclusively available to registered business entities with a valid tax number (typically companies, sole proprietors). We do not accept orders from private individuals.

By registering, the Buyer accepts the terms of these T&C.

3. Registration and Account Activation

Prior registration is required for purchases. During registration, the Buyer must provide true company data, including company name, registered office, tax number, and company registration number. The Service Provider may verify the authenticity of the provided data and reserves the right to accept or reject the registration without justification.

Account activation is done through manual approval. After activation, the Buyer gains access to the webshop's products and prices.

4. Order Process

The Buyer orders the products placed in the cart by finalizing the order. By placing an order, the Buyer concludes a paid purchase agreement with the Service Provider.

The Service Provider confirms receipt of the order by e-mail. The confirmation signifies the conclusion of the contract.

The Service Provider reserves the right to refuse an order, especially in case of incorrect pricing, stock shortages, or based on payment history.

5. Payment Terms

In the webshop, only advance payment is possible by the following methods:

• Bank transfer (in advance)
• Online bank card payment

Cash on delivery is not available. In exceptional cases – with a longer business history and appropriate payment discipline – the Service Provider may establish individual deferred payment terms. This always requires a written agreement.

The invoice will be issued and sent after payment is credited.

6. Delivery

The Service Provider prepares and hands over orders to the courier service after payment is credited. The Buyer will be informed about the exact delivery deadlines and fees during the ordering process.

During delivery, the Buyer is obliged to check the products upon receipt from the courier service. In case of visible damage, the Buyer must refuse acceptance and notify the Service Provider immediately.

7. Product Quality and Warranty Seal

The Service Provider only sells original, unopened products with a manufacturer's warranty seal. The integrity of the warranty seal is the primary proof of the product's authenticity and unchanged composition.

We cannot accept quality warranty claims for products with a broken warranty seal. The Service Provider is not responsible for the quality of any product whose manufacturer's packaging or sealing is damaged, or whose authenticity cannot be verified. The reason for this is that product dilution or other quality manipulation occurs on the market, which the Service Provider can only exclude for products delivered with an unbroken seal.

Conditions for submitting a quality complaint:

• A photo proving the integrity of the warranty seal (taken before opening), and
• the invoice or confirmation of purchase

8. Right of Withdrawal

Since the webshop is only available to business customers, the 14-day right of withdrawal for consumer contracts (Government Decree 45/2014. (II.26.)) does not apply. The provisions of the Civil Code concerning economic activities shall apply between the Parties.

The Service Provider may accept return requests only based on a separate, written agreement.

9. Warranty and Guarantee

The Service Provider undertakes the mandatory warranty for the products sold, in accordance with the relevant legal regulations. The condition for enforcing a warranty claim is the presentation of the unbroken warranty seal and a valid proof of purchase.

10. Special Provisions for Chemical Products

The safety regulations for the use, storage, and handling of chemical and cleaning products sold in the webshop are indicated on the product page of the specific product and in the related Safety Data Sheet (SDS). The Buyer is obliged to comply with these regulations.

The Service Provider is not responsible for damages resulting from improper use, incorrect storage, or failure to comply with safety regulations.

11. Dispute Resolution

The Parties shall primarily attempt to resolve any legal disputes arising between them through negotiation. In case of unsuccessful negotiations, the jurisdiction of the Metropolitan Court or the Central District Court of Buda shall be stipulated, depending on the value of the claim and competence.

Hungarian law shall govern these T&C and the contractual relationship between the Parties.

12. Amendment of the T&C

The Service Provider reserves the right to unilaterally amend the T&C. Buyers will be notified of the amendment by e-mail, and the new terms will come into effect on the 15th day following the notification. Orders placed after the change signify acceptance of the new T&C.
